Order not fulfilled online(no email confirmation), was sent by the store. After returning the item cannot get reimbursed. Been waiting over 2 weeks. Customer service is «swamped» and unable to help. Will avoid this company in the future.

Their shipping is extreamly slow. previous order was received about 2 weeks after the order date. The rep who answered my call couldn’t give me any answers about when my itme will be shipping and gave me an excause saying there might be delay because it is New Year and warehouse might be doing inventory. I was fool to order again from them because I like their products and now it has been 4 days since I ordered and the item is still in processing status. Again, the person who answered my call still couldn’t give me any answer about my order and gave me another lame excause saying oh… the warehouse must be busy because of the sale going on. I expect a better service from high quality expensive line. Now the service makes me question that their quality might be going down as well as their service. This will be good bye time with Filson with me. I am tired of waiting for my itmes and email responses(Never got one and had to call again after sending them emails.) There are other companies who carries good products with wonderful service.

If you want a receptionist job there, be prepared to be interviewed by 5 — 6 unfriendly people who ask — on the border of abstract questions. They might have great products in their store, but to interview there, I’ve had better. Needless to say, I actually found a better position with a supervisor who asked pertinent questions during my interview with her.

My experience with the customer service call center has been A+. They are always helpful, articulate and know what they are talking about. I do have to look past the fact that they are Seahawks fans. But other than that, I give them my highest rating! Plus my husband loves their clothes.

Customer service at Filson is inflexible and not cutomer oreinted in my view. Although they tout customization work in their catalog — dont beleve it. I asked them to make a minor change in a product(Creek jacket) and they refused to do it. It was to remove the zippers from the hand warmer pockets because they scratched my wrists when i use them. The answer from all levels including the VP was no. As a result, they lost a long time and loyle customer.

These people are full on retarts, It took five calls to get my order correct and on the fifth call I need to talk to the supervisor.
