Love you Kim! Thank you for keeping my hair healthy and well kept. I don’t even need to tell you much anymore since you already know what I always need. You are always SO accommodating even with your «already» busy appts and somehow you are still willing to squeeze me into that schedule.
Kim takes good care of me when I visit and gives my scalp a good massage while shampooing my hair. Way to go!

Great place, will definitely come again.
You can schedule online, price is good at $ 25 (didn’t charge me for beard trim, they may have forgotten or given a first-​timer freebie), and I like how they have a vacuum to suck up all the trimmings from your head.
Harry gives you everything you need and nothing you don’t (there’s no wash, straight-​edge to clean neck area, massage, etc.) In and out with no fuss.

Men’s haircuts can be risky when you go to a new place. No risk here! Experienced, friendly barbers. $ 25 for a great cut in a convenient location downtown. I’ll take it! I dont have a complicated cut but I want to look good. Thanks Harry.

First timer that had a great experience.
I tried to go in around 5 and someone snaked my spot by booking online. So I would recommend that if you know you are going to be in the area. I just made an appointment for early the next morning…
Harry took his time and make sure everything was symmetrical which will drive me crazy if not done properly.
I will continue going there and that is the best compliment of all.
I see people complaining about the price… it’s not Supercuts people so you are paying a bit more for someone who wants to do it right. Also having the hair «vacuumed» so there was no mess on my head or shirt made it easy to go right into work.

I came here on the recommendations from some friends who have Kim as their stylist. Kim is friendly, professional, and personable. She is the girl you just met, but really feel like you’ve known FOREVER! Conversations were random and came easily while she worked her magic on my hair. I love what she did to my hair, and I will definitely be a frequent customer. And for a downtown spot the prices are VERY reasonable. You can also make reservations online! That’s really convenient!

Quick and simple. They even have the ability to book an appointment online. If you’re a guy that works downtown and have a hard time finding time outside of work hourse to get a cut, this is a decently priced place.

Went back in for a haircut with Kim and she did a great job. Completely different experience than the first time around and she made a new regular customer. I hate haircuts like people hate dentists, but I have found a spot that I can go to from here on out.

Selina Kwok. She’s very friendly and good at what she does, seeks your feedback just enough and just does a good job — both for men’s cut and shampoo. One thing I just realized was different was that she didn’t just use the shears for the sides, but faded with the comb all over the sides. I’ve always had the comb fade for the top portion of my sides only and sheared the rest because it does an even job and more efficient. I think if it was just a few bucks above the average non-​downtown hair salon, the price point would be perfect.

Selina Kwok is the one to ask for. She has been cutting my hair for more than ten years. She always gives me a scalp massage when she shampoos my hair and when she rinses out my hair after she finishes the cut. It feels soooo good. Selina is a total pro. If you are new in town or just looking for a new person, Selina is the one.

The only reason this place is not more than a 3 star is the price tag.
At $ 24 for a basic cut, it is steeply priced. That being said, fine cuts is located in the financial district in downtown Seattle. For a working professional who is looking for a quick and decent haircut, this place will work.

Harry is an old-​timer who knows what he’s doing, Kim is great, too. Fine Cuts provides a good value compared to other downtown barbers and you can watch CNBC in the morning, too.

I am a repeat customer at Fine Cuts, and I have to say this place is great. It’s one of the only places downtown with prices this low, yet they still take a lot of care when cutting your hair. I am generally pretty touchy about my hair, but the care that the barbers here put into it leaves me more than satisfied.

i am rating this on the actual hair cut itself. The staff was friendly but if you are a detailed oriented person and are picky about your hair, (ahem a.k.a me) then this isn’t the place to go. There is no such thing as a fine haircut at low prices. I feel one must pay the price for the good and the bad of anything! But– just read up on whoever is going to touch your baby and you should be fine. Lesson learned.
