This company is a breath of fresh air. Responsive, helpful and prompt, their service was superb.

Fire + Ice replaced an old thermostat with a digital panel, and did maintenance on our gas fireplace that hasn’t worked in who knows how long.
On my initial call, the young man was very knowledgeable and thorough with the information he provided. He was also very honest with my pricing questions, letting me know the best case vs. worst case scenarios for the gas fireplace repair. He was very patient with my questions, and did a great job deciphering what I was actually asking for, and did not attempt to offer additional unnecessary services, which I greatly appreciate.
At the time of service, they followed through with the «30-​minutes out» call as promised, and he was very polite, and pleasant. He even went above and beyond by educating me on how to maintain the fireplace and troubleshoot in the future, to avoid incurring additional service costs later.
