We recently found ourselves in a jam with a short-​term rental space. We had contacted a plumber, waited at the shop at the appointed hour, then all day but the plumber was a no-​show. So we called FIX after seeing their white truck rolling through NE Seattle.
The rental space needed a sink plumbed in, hot water heater and compliant drainage to meet a very aggressive timeline. Within hours of making our inquiry call, Mr. FIX, William Del Valle was on the scene, assessed the situation and came up with a solution to get our shop opened within days.
We appreciated that he was responsive to our needs, even when they seemed perhaps a bit overly aggressive. We would recommend FIX without reservation. The rapid response, suggestions on how to solve our particular problem and quality of work saved us both time and money.
