It’s been over a week since my original email to Fleming’s early in the morning. I picked up the phone at the end of the day and reached Andrea who confirmed she received my email, but we still discussed what we were looking for: Exterior window washing, gutter cleaning and holiday light install. She promised to send the estimate the next day(without coming out to our house, which was odd, but since we were a former Brother’s Holiday Lighting client I thought perhaps they had all of our information). –No estimate. Three days later I called, spoke with another gal in the office went over ALL my information again and was promised an estimate by the end of the day. –No estimate. I did, however, receive a phone call stating they were not able to complete the estimate that day. Well alrighty then. It’s now Tuesday the following week, almost 7pm and I give up. I tried, really I did. I tried to give a local company some business, to no avail. I give up! Is the economy suddenly that good? Wow. I didn’t get the memo.

Not a good sign when the job boss tells his workers that they’re going to have to do a «half assed job» from now on as they don’t have time — to just give the windows a couple of swipes and move on. Needless to say, that’s not the type of job we asked for-or they agreed to do!
