Footprint Avalon

The new building manager Brian is awful! I spoke with him over the phone and I would like to rent an apartment. We set up a time for me to come by after work. Brian told me to call him once I arrived. I tried calling 5 times and texted, and he never answered. I stood outside in the pouring rain for 15 minutes waiting for him to let me in. The next day, he never called me, even though I tried calling him and left a second voicemail. He has completely ghosted me even though I have a solid job and would like to fill an empty apartment. I hate being treated this way! Brian should be fired immediately as this is horrible customer service.
