Good section of vitamins but all of their vitamins are based on market value in my opinion. I buy vitamin packs their when I forget to order online and not one time the price has been the same. I just paid 73.00 dollars for a box of vitamins that two months ago cost me 53.00 dollars… shot myself in the foot for forgetting to order online. ONLY go here if you need something ASAP!!!

The selection is quite good honestly. They stock all sorts of vitamins and supplements to cater to all sorts of people ranging from the hardcore body builder, 50-​something mother wanting to lose the baby belly, post college kid wanting to lose the freshman 10, and just the normal 25 yr old wanting a descent vitamin. BUT — the employee I dealt with knew NOTHING about the product. Thankfully I did my own research before hand on my own — so I came in predetermined on deciding between a couple of products. The only way he was helpful… was by reading the back of the bottle — which I am PERFECTLY capable of doing. Sadly, I even understood the ingredients more than he did — didn’t seem to have ever took a chemistry class (even high school) in his life. Even the roots of words in ingredients he didn’t know. All of that aside — a salesperson should be familiar with the products they sell — and he simply was not. Then — to make matters worse… I logged online to GMC’s website to look up reviews for a particular product to find that it was in fact on sale for several dollars cheaper — and the price shown in the store did not reflect the discount. Thankfully, when I brought it up to the counter — it did ring up accordingly. So — all in all — okay experience. At least they stock a great selection — but the whole «self education and coming in knowing what you want basically» approach is a must have here because the sales staff (at least the one I dealt with) was little to no help. All he did was read the label basically and guess as to how «natural» certain products were. Thanks to my basic college level of chemistry and understanding of basic «roots“in words — I could navigate my way through the «less to more natural» selections in the store. SO — do your homework and just pick it up. Use the sales staff just to ring up it — and you are good to go.
