The property manager at our condo recommended John Gwaz to fix the buzzing coming from the electrical panel inside our condo unit. John has been in business 30+ years and is extremely knowledgeable, laid back, and friendly (he actually reminds me of my stepdad). He came by the same day I phoned him and found the problem within minutes (two of the breakers were arcing and needed replacing). A couple days later after getting the parts (it was an older breaker) he returned to install them and it only took about 30 minutes. His prices were very fair… in fact, we were expecting to pay more but paid less than $ 400. I highly recommend him.
