Purchased new construction home completed in July of 2015. Plumbing work done by HDP and the master shower was broken from day 1. After calling 2 – 3 times a week to schedule a fix it has still not been scheduled as of the end of October.

HD Partners installed radiant heat into the home we just bought. The home is only two years old and the previous owner had trouble with the unit heating one of the bedrooms. The technician increased the pump pressure essentially fixing the problem with a band-​aid, not addressing the real issue. Subsequently, the system is loudly banging, keeping our household from sleeping. The company will not take responsibility for the issue calling it a ‘comfort’ issue not a warranty issue.
I would not hire this company as they do not stand by their warranties.

HD Partners, formerly DK Plumbing & Heating, have at least one technician – Doug – who REALLY knows tankless water heaters and radiant floor heating. After a failed and expensive experience with another contractor, I found a sticker for DK Plumbing on the tankless unit. The main office gave me the mobile phone of the technician; he first led me through diagnostics over the phone – no charge! When that didn’t work, we scheduled an appointment. Turns out, DK had been the installing contractor when the townhomes were built! Doug was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. I hadn’t been able to get the house temperature out of the 50s and the tankless heater kept going into error mode. He quickly diagnosed the problem; needed routine service and bleeding the air out and gave me a lot of information about how to maintain my system. And the price for the service call was jaw-​droppingly LOW. HD Partners – a keeper!
