Great service and an unbelievably thorough carpet cleaning. Greg can use three different types of cleaning and will discuss the pros and cons of each method with you. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Came exactly on time and returned a week later for a second cleaning of thick Berber carpet — gratis! Well worth the 5-star rating.

I called them twice about getting service. They never bothered to return my calls. That just reeks of unprofessionalism. I’m sure it’s no big deal to them, as they have a few satisfied customers to pay the bills… but in my experience, what goes around comes around, and this type of behavior doesn’t lend itself well to longterm business longevity.
