I’ve lived at Hue for almost a year now, my lease is ending in a couple weeks. Overall, my experience has been positive. Pros: + Very friendly leasing agents + Very clean common areas + Awesome game room with pool table, bar, TVs, speakers, shuffleboard, bean bags, etc. + Great roof with furniture, tv, speakers, and grills. + Pet friendly + Quiet + Budding neighborhood + Right next to QFC + Repaired things in my apartment for a very reasonable price Cons: — No gym — Can’t retrieve delivered packages unless a leasing agent is in the office and not busy. If you ask, they are pretty good about delivering the packages to your door, but not always. — Budding neighborhood = rising prices — Mercer st is terrible(but the worst might be behind it)

Évaluation du lieu : 2 Mercer Island, WA
Cons: — Poor construction; we lived on the top floor and every time someone jogged on the rooftop our unit would feel vibrations. It was aggravating and even worrisome how shaky the building can be. — Very limited amenities despite the price tag; no gym. — Very limited basement parking and parking around the neighborhood is equally difficult. — There aren’t many restaurants nearby. — Before signing the lease we were informed that Zipcars would be available on-site but instead what was available were Cars2Go and no consolation was given for this. — Management can be slow and disorganized. Upon move-in we were only given one set of keys despite being a family of 3. When we inquired about this the building manager just went on about how busy she was instead! — Though it claims to be smoke-free, several neighbors frequently smoke on the rooftop. — Garbage collection needs drastic improvement. Several times the garbage room would be packed because the shoots wouldn’t be working. Pros: — Maintenance guy was respectful and helpful. Most issues were resolved within reasonable amount of time. — Walking distance to Amazon. — Good view of South Lake Union. — Close proximity to QFC, Seattle Center, and Children’s Museum(but walking there really isn’t the prettiest due to heavy construction and traffic) — Move out was an easy and smooth process. — Dog friendly(but that can also be a problem to non-dog owners like myself — there was pee in the elevator during one incident!) — Nice thick windows that insulate the units from street noise well.
