Unreliable.
We bought a new house and have been working on it frantically to make it move-in ready. One of the larger jobs left before our move was to skim coat ceilings throughout the house (we have unfinished drywall recently striped of the old popcorn ceiling).
John gave us a reasonable estimate for the job, and we signed a contract based on a specific time-line he proposed. A day later he moved the start date by 10 days to past our scheduled move-in day. When asked if anything could be done to move it back to the original start time, he pooled out of the contract altogether. Said he was too busy on the current job.
He did apologize for the inconvenience.
