Jim Biava helped my wife and I find our home in West Seattle recently. Jim is truly a great agent. Our situation was made a bit more challenging due to the fact that we were trying to find our future home in West Seattle while living on the East Coast. We started our search a year ago and Jim was with us all the way on this journey. It’s great that he wasn’t someone looking to make a quick sale, it was about finding the right place. Patient, highly knowledgeable, honest, and with over 30 years of experience, he instilled confidence and gave us peace of mind that we were in good hands. He had total understanding of what we were looking for at the price point we wanted. Given the challenges of house hunting as non-​locals, he was very responsive via phone and email. And, he was very accommodating with time whenever we flew into Seattle to look at homes.
From the house-​hunting to the offer and to closing, Jim was with us all the way. He helped to make sure everything was on track, and went as smoothly as possible. Kudos to Jim!

Jim Biava just helped my husband and I find and buy our first house! We couldn’t have asked for a better agent… Jim was very patient with us since we didn’t know exactly what we wanted yet. He took us to a variety of different houses and neighborhoods in West Seattle, always in the price range we thought we were comfortable in.
When we realized our price range was a little less than we originally thought, he was ready with places and options for us. The house we ended up buying was the very first one he showed us, and the one he originally knew was perfect for us, but we just wanted to see more places to be sure… should have listened to him in the first place! :)
