Thank you Jimmy John’s you folks were slammed yesterday. I did not even know about the $ 1.00 sandwich deal. Huge line everyone was so pleasant and nice. I got a couple of sandwiches one $ 1.00 and one regular price AWESOME. thank you.

Usually Jimmy John’s is awesome. I hesitate giving 4 stars but this is the second time this location has given me the wrong sandwich. I get home and then find out it’s not what I ordered. It’s pretty frustrating. However, the stars are for the fact that they bike over to my house and then deliver me my correct sandwich. That’s really nice of them and why they get 4 stars.
In future I will make sure I’m receiving the correct one by requesting a receipt and then asking the person who makes it or hands it to me to tell me what sandwich they’re giving to me. What’s funny is both times I got the wrong one the person not only saw me order it but they called me up to hand the sandwich to me. So I don’t know how they keep doing it but hopefully next time they’ll hand me the sandwich with my receipt and call out my order like every other Jimmy John’s.

I’m a big Jimmy Johns fan. I nostalgia hard, cuz i grew up on Jimmy Johns in college in the midwest.
This sandwich was garbage, and a disgrace to the Jimmy Johns name. The bread was dark brown, and chewy as hell. Not sure if it was over baked, or yesterdays or a combination of the two. Too much lettuce on this thing, not enough meat. I still taste the raw onion that was on this. This was a great sandwich, and piss poor execution.
Should have gone to the Subway a couple blocks down 15^th.

Cashier with a tattoo on her neck has a MAJOR attitude problem. Dashawna or something like that. No problem with the rest of the staff (besides the manager not telling the cashier to shut up from yelling across the counter while her and I were talking) or food but she needs to be fired!

Great staff, good atmosphere and all have a great attitude with smiles on all of their faces. Very friendly and food is good and fast!

Every time I have ordered from them, they have messed up. There is allergies in my family, we ask for No Onions, but they keep putting them on. Will not trade with them again. Not willing to send family members with allergies to the hospital. It has been only this location.

Jimmy John’s is freaky fast, even if it isn’t delivery!
I came to this location today to grab an un-​wich, thanks to a $ 10 gift card I got from work (which I earned by cleaning out three nasty communal fridges in our break room). Immediately upon entering, I was greeted with a friendly «hello, what can we get started for you». I wasn’t QUITE ready, but then I spied the Club Lulu (#16) and got ready for the sodium overload. To my sandwich I added on a medium-​sized fountain drink with the bill coming to $ 9.52. By the time I paid, and filled my cup with Dr. Pepper, my un-​wich was ready and waiting for me.
The un-​wich itself was generally speaking unremarkable, in the sense that they don’t give you many choices (in terms of sauces and veggies), but that’s probably why they can be so «freaky fast». Club Lulu was delicious as an un-​wich, in fresh crisp iceberg with a light amount of mayo, slices of deli turkey, crispy bacon and cucumber slices in place of tomatoes. A basic but refreshing un-​wich done right.
Their prices are reasonable compared to subway, and I love having the option of doing an un-​wich (versus having French bread or sandwich bread) but I’d LOVE to have a salad option, especially since they have Italian dressing! Until then, the un-​wich will suffice.
The store itself was clean with plenty of booth and tall table seating. Customer service was as friendly as I expected it to be, if not more cheerful and welcoming than most ‘fast food’ establishments. With that, I’d be pleased to come back when I have a hankering for a freaky fast un-​wich.

I went to Jimmy John’s today and ordered the Italian sandwich with the peppers on the side the cashier told me no problem. When the girl that handed me my sandwich and not a side of peppers I said excuse me I ordered peppers on the side. She looked me right in the eye and said I did put them on the side. I said oh OK thank you and returned home only to find the sandwich smothered in peppers. I returned the sandwich and upon walking in the girl saw me started laughing and walked to the very back of the store while I explained my situation to the cashier. The cashier informed me that they have nothing to put the peppers in on the side and they don’t do sides. He offered to remake my sandwich however I wouldn’t be able to receive the papers because they can’t give them to me because they have nothing to put them in. I told him never mind and I left. I will not be returning. I believe the sandwich maker sabotaged me on purpose. And my ex girlfriend used to order sandwiches all the time with the peppers on the side so it doesn’t make sense to me why they can’t do that at this location. Bad bad service especially after having to drive all the way back and leave empty handed.

Now Subway’s breads flatten and their ingredients aren’t fresh like you’d expect them to be.

Love JJ’s and this one is pretty traditional, deducting a star for the slow-​prep of the second sandwich I had, but the guy was knew and being taught… so I guess I cant be that mad. I recommend the gourmet veggie or the Italian Night Club. Regardless of what you order, it should be quick and tasty!

First time here, am pretty happy with it. They were crazy fast making the sandwiches and the ingredients seem much more fresh than a subway. Only complaint is I felt a bit rushed when ordering and wasn’t asked if I wanted any mustard, oil and vinegar, ect and realized after getting it that I indeed did want some. Also seemed a bit much to charge $ 1.75 to substitute roast beef for ham. The kids enjoyed it though so we will be back.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! My 5 year old daughter wanted to go to Jimmy John’s for her birthday dinner. When I told the staff it was her birthday they turned the music down, hand delivered her sandwich with «Happy Birthday» written on her sub, and they even sang her happy birthday. It was awesome!!!

So tired of all the ads they put out on delivery when this location which is less than a mile from my house won’t deliver to my area? Come on. I can hire many delivery services to go there for me but then why should they put so much money into ad time for Their «freaky fast delivery?»
For the price of the private delivery services you can get a better sub/​sandwich at The Other Coast. Bigger and better

Sooooo gooooood! I’m a regular now at the Ballard location! Every Friday afternoon I get my Vito sandwich! Delicious food, great prices, speedy deliveries, super friendly employees! Never disappointed :)

I am so glad there is a jimmy johns in ballard now. Fast delivery, yummy sandwiches, super convenient. I far prefer it to ordering pizza! if only they had drinks available for delivery (dream beverage: honest ade/​honest tea).

I live less than 1 mile from this location. I am right by the Ballard locks. I am out of the delivery area. Makes me sad. I order from them frequently at work as they deliver to my office. Sad that it makes it not really an option when I work from home.

First Five Guys and now Jimmy J’s? Sweet!
Used to get sandwiches from JJ’s back in Chicago a couple times a week. now that that this place just opened, I will surely be dropping in now and again.
The employees are all friendly but seem unfamiliar with the menu. There have been some minor errors they’ve made while making the sandwiches that they have noticed, so they’ll correct it on the spot. They usually make them with blazing speed, but they were a little backed up the other day and it took a while plus the sandwich quality seemed to falter a little because of it.
Nevertheless, it’s the JJ’s I know and I am glad there is one close by.

This location opened yesterday. Kind of small, but it’s right around the corner from my place so it’s really convenient. I wish there was more seating, but they deliver so that’s cool.
