I use Julie’s Cleaners for all of my tailoring and occasional dry cleaning. I’ve had several designer dresses altered and many pairs of pants. She always does an outstanding job. I’ve been equally pleased with the cleaning, as well as the wonderful customer service. Julie is caring and takes a lot of pride in providing top quality services. I highly recommend her!

Julie is fantastic and very sweet. I dropped off 6 men’s suits, 2 sweater vests, 3 dresses(two of which Julie altered) on a Friday and the order was ready the following Wednesday. The price seemed very reasonable. At drop-off, without an appt, Julie took the time to fit the two dresses needing altering — they fit perfectly now. I have already recommended Julie to friends. Parking has been easy as there is a Load/Unload zone out front and other street spots free. Great location for those frequently in the Capitol Hill/Montlake/Eastlake area.

Julie is fantastic! Great dry cleaner. Friendly. Competitively priced. Have tried several other places in the neighborhood and she is by far the best. For example, the other day I was rushing to drop off some clothes after work. Julie had just closed up and was walking across the street. Realizing I had missed her, started walking back to my car. She noticed me and ran back to re-open so I could drop off my clothes. Not only does she have great customer service, she’s a very conscientious(edit) dry cleaner — she always notices and replaces missing buttons, catches stains and gets everything as clean as possible. Highly recommended.

My wife and I take our dry cleaning to Julie’s frequently. She’s amazingly nice, and has quick turnaround. They also do nice repairs and minor alterations. They were able to get greasy spill out of my brand new wool suit on super short notice in just a few days! Would definitely recommend going here.

My boyfriend and I just got some jeans hemmed as well as some of his shirts and pants dry cleaned. All of our jeans came out great– nice length, even, neat stitching, color of stitches matched pants. My boyfriends clothes all came out nice and clean. We dropped our stuff off Saturday and were told it would be ready Wednesday after 4, but when my boyfriend called Wednesday morning to see if it was there already, it indeed was! Nice pleasant surprise. The prices do seem a bit high($ 13 for hemming jeans, ~$ 6/item for the dry cleaning), although I called around a bit and they seem somewhat comparable to other places in Seattle.

Love this place, Julie is the sweetest lady ever. They do a great job on my clothes, have gotten stains out of things I was sure were gonners. She also sees things that need fixing and just fixes it for me, a button sewn on tighter, a strap that needs attaching, she’s the best. My 3-yr old even talks about Julie at home bc she likes her so much! I also have to admit that one time I was sure they lost a shirt of mine and asked her about it, perhaps somewhat accusingly, and she ever so politely and sympathetically told me she hadn’t…later I found it at home and I felt awful but was impressed by how nice she was about it all. She also does alterations and has done many pairs of my pants, I trust her with my designer stuff too. It’s just the kind of people whose business you want to support and help succeed. I’m not sure about how it compares price-wise bc I don’t really pay attention, but if it’s more I’d say it’s probably worth it to have the owner there who really cares about your stuff vs some cheaper place that might not.

The woman working inside the shop is delightful. They were able to remove old stains from my husband’s slacks and press them into a presentable state. Will return. Oh, prices are reasonable.
