Recently I had a problem filling a prescription for my dog. To make a long story short, the owner and management went above and beyond to rectify the situation, personally delivering my dog’s medication to my doorstep after-​hours. It is very uncommon these days for the owner of a business to get involved in making sure the customer is properly taken care of. My dog and I would like to thank Kelley-​Ross, the managing pharmacist, its staff and the owner. It has restored my faith in the business and I would happily return and recommend this customer service oriented pharmacy to my friends.

My first visit to a compounding pharmacy.
This pharmacy is not contracted with any insurance. They provide you with paperwork to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Parking is available off of 8th st look for the orange signs with a giant M. The pharmacy will validate your parking. You just have to remember what stall you are in.
Pharmacy is on the 7th floor. It is a little odd it looks like an office space.
Staff is professional and friendly.
