Mr. Kerruish almost cost us the sale of our home. Additionally he cost us $ 4,000 in legal fees and he wasn’t even representing us!
He left us hanging for 3 months while our attorney made every effort to reach him and discuss negotiations on a morsel of land. Every phone call, document, email, vmail…$ 4,000 later and nothing was resolved. We had to drop the sale price of our home by $ 25,000 just to sell it.
An expecting family was waiting for answers so they could move into the home they put an offer on. Weeks and months of unnecessary stress to two young families just trying to sell and buy a home.
Maybe if he had actually been representing us I’d have something nice to say, but his neglect to answer or return calls and emails while we waited months to resolve an otherwise simple situation is unprofessional. I am not a fan.

Very knowledgeable, but does not return emails or phone calls, which essentially leaves you having to pay for and start over with a new lawyer.
