I really hate writing bad reviews, but this company has a major corporate personnel issue. All the small businesses in the area cringe when their employees come in. They are rude, demanding and treat our staffs with disdain and contempt… like we are their servants. We attribute this to a really horrible corporate environment. Too bad… but no one wants to deal with these folks, and we’re all trying to come up with ways not to service them. Time for KPMG’s management to bring in some experts to train their personnel on the importance of relating well to the public… after all this is their face to the world. Right now I would not recommend dealing with KPMG or their employees.
