The only reason I went with this company is because my insurance contacted them for me. Won’t do that again. They gave me a one hour window. I took off from work and had to wait two hours for the driver to show up. They never called to communicate a delay. When I called they said, «driver is en route» and then hung up. On a happy note the driver was friendly and they did get my car from point a to point b.

They told me they would be at my car in an hour. 2.5 hours later, still nothing. Not even a call to say they’ll be late. Completely unprofessional.

Great service I’ve had them haul several cars and trucks for me. Never had any problems with them. Trucks are clean and drivers are fast.

So, The driver in truck 320 parked in front of our driveway. When my wife got home she asked him to move and he said it would be 20 minutes and to park somewhere else. That’s should not be one of the options. He should have moved to let her in. I went out to ask him to move and he wouldn’t. Called the company and the police.
Hopefully in the future Lang Towing can instruct their drivers to be more polite.

My car died. Two companies were called in by State Farm, and two companies left me hanging. I spent 3 hours on the side of the road. Sukhi from Lang’s towing came 20min after they got the call. He was polite and efficient. He got me to my destination quick.

My car died while I on vacation. I called GEICO and they sent a truck. The driver quickly got my car ready and waited while I said goodbye to my friends. The ride to a Firestone in a nearby town went smoothly. The driver did an expert job of backing my car into a parking space.

I was driving to my yoga class and suddenly the front of my car collapsed… scary I know. I called Geico and about 20 minutes later, Sukhi from Lang towing showed up. He was very nice and helpful. A fabulous man and a fabulous company. Thank you!

Sukhi was a LIFESAVER when I accidentally locked my keys in the car with my two little boys inside! He came so fast and had the car unlocked almost immediately! Thank you SO much! Best service ever!
