What a quant local brewery. I had a pint of their winter ale and it was delicious. Reminds me of the craft Breweries here in Bellingham. Warm, chatty and focus on making good beer!

It was my first time here so I ordered the flight with all 10 beers that were on draft. To be honest… I dont remember the details of each of the 10 beers that I tasted, but I will say I will definitely be going back as I liked the space and the person running the place was really nice. Not to mention the beer was actually really good. Totally chill and spacious spot. It was a little cold the further back you got so if you wanna stay warm… stay toward the bar because you can actually feel the heat there. I hear during the summertime, they open up the garage doors and there are food trucks lined up which sounds cool. Note, this spot is easy to miss so if your gps says you passed it… you probably did. No worries… just find parking and walk back the other way. Cheers!

Good beer, and nice to have some different style options. Very low key atmosphere, and a friendly bartender/owner. We will stop in for beers again.

This place was amazing! The beers were incredible. I had both the kriek beer and a berry flavored one. Both of these were variations on their wit beer. Neither beer was overly sour and had a great flavor. Both of these beers were excellent. I would definitely be back to try more of their beers.

We love this place! Lantern’s beers are well balanced and such a nice change from the other locals that can’t seem to get enough of the hops(I love American style pales and IPAs too though). The sampler is he way to go if you’ve never had Lantern’s beer before. With food trucks and pretzels behind the bar it’s easy to spend hours here. I can’t say enough good things about this place and certainly recommend it.

We came here on a Saturday afternoon beer tasting on our own– it is quite close to our house, and we were big disappointed. Great tasting beer, good service, fun games– they have a great foosball table. Will definitely come back for more beer and will check it out on a Friday night food truck night.

Best new brewery in Seattle! Au Brun, their Biere de Garde, is truly amazing, perfect balance of smooth caramel and slight hop. Bring your pup and some food or eat at one of the many food trucks that frequent this establishment. Chris and Matt are the best!

Epic beers. It is very rare to visit a local brewery and like the entire selection of beers. Each one on tap is a work of art.

Lantern Brewing was a sneaky little place for me. They were at a smaller location a year or so ago but moved by the time I was able to get there. A restaurant of some kind was there in the space where they once were and obviously no one had a clue as to what I was talking about. So I was very excited to see in The Stranger that Lantern Brewing resurfaced at another address and with a bigger facility, not far from their original location. Steve and I were doing a brewery crawl all afternoon. We hit the remaining Ballard breweries that we have not been to all afternoon yet we were drinking very responsibly since we just got one beer for the two of us to share. At this place we got the Stout. The beer as it was described had a roasted carmel aroma as well as in taste. It was excellent. The guy that ran the place also was the bartender apparently and was very congenial and nice. We even got a free snack mix bowl which was great! Just what we needed! Definitely a great Belgian style brewery!

Great location and great beers! I’m a huge Belgian fan and super excited to have found this place. The beers we tried were all great, the triplel being my favorite. The tasting room space inside is warm and welcoming, as are the owners. We will definitely be back. Especially since our gym is so nearby. Nothing like burning some calories then drinking it all away.

Can’t say enough good things about what Chris and Lorie are doing here. Craft brewing at its best, and the Belgian inspired beers stand out from what most other breweries in the city are doing.

Fantastic Belgian inspired beers with a relaxing, comfortable setting. Chris brews great beer and is always willing to talk about his craft. If you’re a fan of Belgians, Lantern should definitely be on your list. Easily makes my list of beat breweries in the PNW.

Awesome beer! A great space with a lot of potential and friendly owners/brewers. Lots of Belgian inspired beers, we particularly enjoyed the pale ale, but everything was tasty. Cheers!
