LeBlanc Floors

I organized a quote from these guys and they didn’t even bother to show up.
I called them 10 mins after our appointment– figuring they might be stuck in traffic– and left a voicemail asking for a call back. No immediate call back.
I called again 15 minutes later and they actually answered. I spoke with the guy who was supposed to be at the house (Peter?). His response– «I have your name and info right here in front of me– I just forgot».
What a joke.
I had to cut out of work to be there– and had to have my real estate agent meet me to let us in the house– only to have LeBlanc Floors completely waste our time.
If they aren’t organized enough to show up for a quote– I can’t imagine what they would be like working with were they to actually do the job.

One of the areas that was to be patched still is black. Our phone was unplugged
by the workers and that is why I was unable to get any calls on my business line.
This phone was on the stove in the living room and tape held up the cord so as not
to be in the way. The vacuum intake in the kitchen on the floor had been hit and is
now broken but my husband was able to unstick the glue and it is now working.
Getting my husband to fix it is why it has taken me so long to respond. The third
coat that was promised over and over was not going to happen without me
agreeing to pay more because of the excuse, «I misspoke several times because
I thought you were having a water based finish put on.» I am sending two checks.
One check for the amount I owe and one check for the third coat.
I gave them the opportunity to cash only the first check but they cashed both even after they promised over and over three coats but refused unless I agreed to pay more after days of being displaced. This company is not honest with clients. They continually wanted more money for covering things in my home that I wasn’t advised of initially. I would not do business with these people again.
