This shop couldn’t be more adorable! It’s brimming with great vintage finds, fun accessories, and cool nicknacks for decoration and the home. Jodi, the owner, is super friendly and always has great music playing which definitely creates that vintage vibe. My friend and I were fortunate enough to assist with a marketing photoshoot, so I got to try on a ton of fantastic outfits. Would have bought them all if I could! Prices here seem to be more affordable than other vintage shops. Plus the atmosphere has kept me browsing for a few hours.

I visited this shop the other week, looking for a 1930s or 40s dress to wear to a holiday party. The shop looked to be closed during its posted hours, but I peered inside and the owner let me in. She had just gotten in a bunch of new stuff and was organizing in the back. As a result, the store was quite messy and the owner a bit stressed out, but very apologetic and helpful. I would have come back a different day, but I was on a tight deadline so I spent some time looking at and trying on a few dresses. Nothing was quite right. I wanted something authentically vintage and there didn’t seem to be many options in my size, although there were some reproductions and vintage-inspired things in the shop(not really my style). I couldn’t tell if the store was usually cluttered-looking or if it was just that it hadn’t been totally organized yet, but it felt like there was too much going on. The mess was only really a problem because I stepped on a small piece of broken glass, barefoot, in the dressing room/nook, and couldn’t see very well in the dimly lit space to pull it out. So maybe keep your shoes on if you try anything on.

Cute and a bit saucy! Loved shopping there today and will be back. Plenty of reasonably priced dresses for under $ 50 that will work for the holidays. A nice selection of lingerie and accessories as well. Well worth the trip!

I am a big fan of this adorable shop. The folks are nice, the vintage well picked. This is the place to go to buy gifts for friends and family, then pick up a few morsels for yourself. BUT the very best thing is the atmosphere, fun displays and cute tschoksies that abound. Take your ma, tell your friends. One of Ballard’s best kept shopping secrets.

Straight up delicious! This newly relocated boutique is every Boudoir-babe’s soon-to-be best friend. Now on 24th Ave in Ballard, close to Java Bean, this place immediately takes you to a better, more glamorous time. What makes this place really shine(besides lovely, thoughtful flourishes like handwritten price tags, and scattered bowls of(what else) lemon drops!) is the pricing. Everything is 100% right on the, ahem, money. It is a rare and beautiful thing to find genuine, vintage treasures at a fair price. Stunning hats — $ 20 and up, sexy martini glasses $ 10ea, seductive bustiers from $ 20 — $ 45! Also featured here — genuine vintage fabrics, jewelry, and other whimsical delights. Beats the knickers off any shop on Cap Hill(what makes people think that since some thing’s got some history they can mark it up 600%?). Thank the Gods for Lemon Drop! Burlesque wannabes, Burners, Costumers, divas-next-door, husbands, partners, steam punks, fans of beautiful women and beautiful things should seek this place out at once! Make Haste! Once this place catches on.. .beware the storming hoards!

I stumbled upon Lemon Drop on a Saturday drive, and was totally pleased that I stopped. For a relatively small space, the owner seems to have almost everything you’d want in a funky vintage boutique. I ended up taking home a 50’s cocktail set for myself, some vintage jewelry for a friend, and some great soaps for stocking stuffers. I had read about this place in , and it’s true… you’d find everything you needed for a hip«Mad Men» style party, or new gifts you’d never have thought of. Prices are moderate, and parking is great. I’ll be back for more!

It’s cute. It’s new. I like the stuff inside when I had time to go in. The prices of old, artistic and very fun interesting collectibles and odd items are high to average high. Hours are limited. Not open weekends.
