Andy went above and beyond to help me with my laptop! He was available to take my frantic phone call at 7 am, then even offered to come to my work to pick up the computer. He called a couple of times throughout the day to give me updates, and was able to recover all the data I lost. Andy dropped the computer off at my job and processed my payment right at my place of work. When I was devastated the laptop was shot, he researched a comparable computer and called me with the info on a Friday night.
Great hours, very convenient, friendly-service, and extremely helpful! I would recommend Liberty Tech to anyone.
