She did a laser on my face for scarring and ended up scarring me worse, demarcation lines were HIDEOUS, she did offer to try and correct it but it made little difference after her so-​called correction. My pigment was GONE. She then had the gall to suggest I need to get more sun, what kind of professional surgeon/​doctor would recommend sun exposure? She is a joke.

Dr. Sowder exceeded my expectations. She was very honest and informative about my procedure. I expected to be be reasonably satisfied with the results, but I am still AMAZED by the results. I procrastinated for 2 years after a consult with another doctor, but I am very glad I found Dr. Sowder.

Dr. Sowder is a fantastic surgeon! She listens carefully and addresses all of your concerns, I don’t think there is a better surgeon to be found! She even answered some of the stranger questions that my co workers begged me to ask! After my consultation and surgery I finally feel like a whole person! Thank you Dr. Sowder, you have changed my life in more ways than you can imagine!

Dr Sowder is an artist! She is a master at her craft and discusses with, listens to, and gives just what the patient wants. She is also incredible at her follow up work. She isn’t satisfied until everything is healed perfectly before she releases you from her care.
