Hiring Luuvu for my wedding video was one of the worst experiences in my life. I hired Luuvu to produce 2 wedding videos a long and short film of my wedding. Luuvu at first was very attentive to all my needs and answered all my questions promptly. He showed up to my destination wedding in Hawaii he was very nice and got along with everyone at my wedding. The problem didn’t start till after the wedding. Per our agreement a short video of our wedding would be produced in a timely manner which he did but I did not receive via DVD only a link to view the video. He also did state that the long video may take 11 months which I was okay with. To make a long story short Luuvu became very unresponsive to my calls, texts, emails, when he did respond he said he was working on my video. over a period of 2 years he had one excuse after another his last comment to me was he was at the apple store and his worst nightmare has happened. I asked him if he lost my video and he never responded. I had to go to Seattle to sue him in small claims to get my money back. Its really sad how one person whom is suppose to be a professional in his trade is extremely unprofessional. I never got an apology I tried contacting him to get my money back before I went thru Seattle small claims courts system telling him Id have to go that route if he did not respond. When the private process server I hired tried serving him papers he tried dodging them. Please beware !!!
