Although the lock smith who came to unlock my apartment was friendly, he was not very good at his trade. He ended up using a crowbar to get the door open (I think I could have done that for free). The crowbar left damage to the door and door frame. He also broke the deadlatch of the door knob and now I must go buy a new one.

Modi was the bomb. I called him on the weekend and the fee to come to house was reasonable. I needed seven locks changed asap. In a tense situation he changed 7 locks in 30 mintues. I highly recommend this business to anyone.
