Martha and M Larson Photography has done it again! She took our maternity and newborn photos, which we still adore pouring over, so she was the obvious choice for our baby’s six month photos. She captured everything perfectly: the beautiful fall leaves, our gorgeous baby boy, and how much we adore him. Her pictures tell the story of who we are as a family in this beautiful fall in the Pacific Northwest. Best of all, she was able to give us lovely traditional shots for our family as well as unique artistic shots that still capture us, not just the art. When people see our photos from M Larson Photography, they consistently gasp, «Wow, who took these?»
If her art is amazing, her customer service is just as great. Every print is perfect before it’s printed (think drool removed, eye crust tidied, and double chins tactfully reduced). Each item is beautifully packaged, perfect for giving to grandparents and other family members, and she always follows up to makes sure everything is exactly as expected. She even remembered that I love lilacs and tucked a bundle of them into the bag with our newborn photos. It’s obvious that she gets a thrill from taking that just right shot for a family.
Martha has become like an extended member of our family, we are so excited to see photos of her own little bundle of joy coming soon!

I don’t have enough kind words to say about Martha Larson, she photographed the birth of my daughter in December. I love and cherish all the pictures, she captured all the perfect moments. She really got some amazing shots … if left up to husband all the pictures would of been done on his phone or maybe no pictures at all. She also did my maternity pictures, she made me look and feel beautiful even though I was carrying around all this extra weight. I will for sure use her for more family picture in the future.

Martha worked with me for portraits a little while ago. Let me tell you what an incredible experience it was! She knows how to put you completely at ease and brings out your best side. Her work is creative and modern without being artsy-​fartsy. I love having an option that isn’t like all the other super rigid traditional photographers.
I’ve been following her work ever since and am (almost) dying to have a baby so I can have Martha there for the pictures. After the fam, she is the first one I’m calling once I’ve got a bun in the oven!

My fiancé and I asked Martha to take our engagement photos because even though she usually works with babies and mommas, her photography is so beautiful and natural that we hoped she would make an exception for us. Fortunately for us, she graciously did!
She met us at Carkeek Park, a location perfect for all of our loves (the beach, the forest, hiking, being outside) and we had a great time. She took photos both for us and our parents, making sure to capture some «traditional» shots to please my midwestern mother.
The photos turned out amazing (of course) and we struggled to decide which prints to order, as they were all so great. Each one shows different aspects of our personality as a couple.
Martha does beautiful work, she is wonderful company and we highly recommend her for all your photography needs!

Martha photographed my boys about a month ago and did a fantastic job! She builds a rapport with her subjects that not only makes the photo-​shoot process enjoyable for them, but allows her to capture expressions that usually only I get to see with them at home.
