The techs here were quite knowledgeable and helped me recover what was thought to be forever-​lost data. They were efficient and I didn’t end up spending a fortune! The 3-​star rating comes from the horrible experience I had with their receptionist. Not only did she lose my charger, but she also damaged the shell of my macbook. My name and number was taped onto the laptop and when she peeled off the tape and there was still residue she proceeded to try to scrape it off with something that left gray scratch marks. Not cool.
