Kim Knowles has helped me in so many ways. Our first home was a complete «disaster» needing so much help. Since Kim was not our agent at the time we were very worried about at least getting or ROI and when we went to sell it, surprise, it needed a new roof and sewer work. Kim had that work done in a week or less and then sold our house so fast it allowed us to literally stay in Seattle. Her attention to detail and her huge amount of contacts and how-​to in the Seattle area are the fundamentals that an experienced agent like Kim brings to the table. I have since bought 2 further properties with Kim and Tom also worked on one of the deals and was exemplary. I have worked with other agents on other property and real estate deals and would use Kim again and refer her to family, friends or anyone looking at moving to or within the Seattle area.
