Mangetout is fantastic! Every year they donate a hot chocolate cake with homemade marshmallows to my kid’s school auction and every year people bid higher and higher with hopes of winning THIS cake. Last year the winning bidder shared a slice of it and I’m still dreaming of this masterpiece. It’s honestly the best cake. Ever.
I love a small business that gives back to their community and can make a drool worthy chocolate cake.

Biggity bomb, is what this place should be called.
They catered my wedding. Okay, OUR wedding, but we know whose day it really is, am I right?!
Anyways, the lady there was just so nice, and I told her my ideas of what I wanted, and she gave some sample menus, and I could switch it around any way I wanted. What was great about this place is that they used IN SEASON PRODUCE. That’s right, no squash in the spring! It was the talk at the wedding.
Perhaps too much talk. It is my day, after all! :-)
