I own a small restaurant in north Seattle. Marlin used to work for another company and whenever I had to call them for a repair, I’d always ask for Marlin. Well a couple of weeks ago, who should stop by but Marlin! I hadn’t seen him in over a year, so it was a welcome visit. Turns out, he tells me, he’d started his own business since I’d last seen him and was just stopping by to say hi. I quickly grabbed him and walked him from refrigerator to refrigerator, showing him all the different refrigerators that needed a variety of work. One needed a new hinge to help it close properly, another needed a new seal around the door, another needed to have a drawer fixed that wouldn’t close properly, and yet another wasn’t working at all(we had unplugged it and had been using it as shelving after being told that it wasn’t worth the money to fix it). Well, within 3 days, Marlin had fixed every single thing! We have literally been able to rearrange our entire storage room because we have a whole new refrigerator we hadn’t been able to use in years! On top of that, I showed him a mixer we hadn’t used in years, and he brought it to his shop and fixed it overnight! Then I showed him a toaster that had broken(these are commercial grade products, so it’s not like you can just throw them out; they cost big buck$$!) and he fixed that too! It’s like having my own personal handyman for my business. There’s absolutely nothing he can’t fix! Restaurants have a lot of equipment that gets used constantly; what a relief to have a trustworthy, knowledgable handyman to call to help me keep my business running smoothly. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a any type of repair, even outside of refrigeration repair. This guy is a mechanical genius!
