Marshall Lorna MD

I’m 38 weeks pregnant thanks to the efforts of Dr. Marshall and her team! iVF is a complex process, which required many trips to Pacific Northwest. What was extraordinary about the type of care that we got there — from numerous different people at the office, including Dr. Marshall — was that I looked forward to every visit. They combine great warmth and empathy with an extremely effective approach to determining and explaining what needs to be done in order to bring about conception. My appreciation goes out not only to Dr. Marshall but to the entire team, including Trina in reception, and Adriana and Yvette, who worked closely with Dr. Marshall to make sure that the minute details of my treatment were carefully monitored. When the emotion of the process became temporarily overwhelming, they knew how to respond. When I called from the airport because I’d forgotten to pack my medical supplies, they knew how to respond. And when we faced issues specific to being in a same-​sex couple, they knew how to respond. In fact, we picked them initially because their responsiveness to phone inquiries about working with same-​sex couples was far superior to what we experienced from alternative providers. I am so glad that we made that choice, and so looking forward to reporting a successful delivery to them.

We worked with Dr. Marshall for an extended period of time. She is a really remarkable doctor in that she is kind and empathetic but also extremely good at walking patients through treatment options. We had a rocky road some of the time but the entire staff at PNWF is amazing. They all know you early on, they know exactly why you’re there and expertly get you through each stage of the process. We really couldn’t have been happier with the entire office. Always on time, always extremely gentle and loving toward us, and knowledgeable about everything to do with getting pregnant. Adriana was available any time we had questions or concerns, as was Marshall and the rest of the team. Huge thanks to them all, including Yvette, Trina and everyone else in that practice.
