Ginny (Matthews) Sawatzky and Matt Warmack helped me buy my first home in 2011, and they made it the best experience possible. Ginny and Matt have a deep knowledge about the housing market in West Seattle, and she was able to explain it to me using language I understood. They both were imminently reliable, reachable, knowledgable, and kind. Unline other real estate agents I worked with before, they are TRUSTWORTHY. Urban Abode Group will not help you buy a home just so that you buy a home. They want to see you in the right home. This was so refreshing. Ginny helped us move quickly when necessary, and was able to calm me down when I was losing my mind about closing on time (out of her control, obviously). I highly recommend Urban Abode Group if you are selling or buying a home in or around Seattle, particularly West Seattle.

Matt is a terrific realtor with excellent knowledge of the Seattle-​area market, the best practices in buying/​selling and the art of negotiation. He’s also personable and fun to work with. My husband and I are very happy that we worked with Matt when we sold our Lower Queen Anne townhome and bought a home in Kirkland in May 2011. We recommend him highly!

I am a first time home buyer and Matt was patient and willing and able to answer all of my questions. I think he’s an excellent agent! He went above and beyond to make time to show me condos at all hours all over Belltown. He knows the area and the buildings incredibly well and saved me a lot of time and energy doing the research myself. As a set of first time home buyers, it was important for us to see several homes in order to feel comfortable we were making the right decision. Matt quickly drilled down into our style and needs. We previewed 50+ residential properties with Matt until we found the right one… that’s a real estate agent with a lot of patience!
