This is an unsolicited review. It will be a surprise to the agency. I am an RN. As a professional, I have high standards, both for my patients and for myself. Because McDonald’s owner, George Vestal, takes pride in providing the best, employees are well vetted and employers are carefully interviewed to assure that their needs are known so that a good match can be made. The result is that McDonald’s high standard carries over, not only to the personnel who are sent, but also to employers, who almost always can be counted on to treat their employees respectfully and well. My experience with McDonald spans a 34 year period. There have been many years when I haven’t needed placement, but when I have, McDonald’s ability to match my talents with the needs of clients has seemed uncanny. I’ve noticed this applied for other nurses whose shifts preceded and followed mine, as well. It is a challenging business, keeping people employed while still having enough others available with the right skills & experience to meet immediate needs when people call for service for their loved ones, especially when it is needed within a day or even within a few hours. I commend George and his staff for their dedicated, successful service to employers as well as to the personnel they send to them.
