McDonald’s

This is another cheap franchisee who does not accept app coupons. Will never go there again.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to service is horrible !! They messed up my order I ordered sausage burritos they gave me sausage mcmuffins that were cold the bread was soggy !! The fries weren’t fresh Completely gross ! Never coming back to this location!!!

So I came here the other night to make two separate orders from the drive thru the girl working was super rude and disrespectful she proceeded to tell me that because it was 12am she couldn’t make a second order when the last night I made three orders from the same car.

hey everyone, turns out you can cut that long line at the drive through if you know your order. i was cut off in line and wanted to let the guy in window know that my order might be messed up. turns out he said if you know your order, you can «CUT» the entire line awaiting ordering in the drive thru. so come on people lets all be disrespectful. if Mcdonalds allows it, i’m going to prove it’ll cause issues. mcdonalds fix your issues, this is totally wrong.

I’m not embarrassed to admit that I love McDonald’s french fries. Anywho the food was hot and fresh (always a plus). I like this McDonald’s, they are actually pretty fast and efficient. but the staff are not happy and unfriendly. Oh well can’t expect much when you get paid minimum wage. Anyway, enough complaining. Can’t always have it your way, only at Burger King. haha

Fast service, friendly people (except for the girl who loudly kept claiming she was going to quit. I laughed out loud more than anything…), hot food, clean bathrooms (!!!), and Christian music gave a nice, relaxing atmosphere. Also free wifi. Well done to whoever is managing this McDonald’s.

Good after swimming. Not only was the employees rude, they didn’t know what was going on at all. Their menu says 2 pies are 1.19 but they charged me 1.95 lol. When I asked them why their menu says otherwise, the employees just widen her eyes and shrugged saying she doesn’t know. Bad service. Ok, so they go on and ask for 11 $/​hour but can’t even show that they deserve it.

The comment below is what was left for jack in the box who basically got our business because the woman working the drive thru at 1:45 was extremely rude and aired very negative attitude. She could of said that the ice cream machine was out of service… instead with a snide tone felt it necessary to point out that it took hours and we just had to deal with it. This location is bad news. You know we werent even planning to go to McDonald’s but qfc happened to be closed for floor Maintenence. We thought we would give it a shot and it was a disaster. We once again felt unwelcome and just did respected. It’s unfurtunate and we won’t ever go back. The jack in the box staff on Rainer will always get our business and worth the schlep across town.
We live on beacon hill. We had a midnight craving for ice cream, so headed down to rainier sve to Qfc. Normally open 24 hours they were closed due to floor cleaning. McDonald’s is across the street, thinking we would hop over to grab a mc flurry. The woman working the drive thru was extremely rude and informed us that it took hours to clean the ice cream machine and that was that. We left and booked it over to jack in the box on 4^th. This being our 3^rd and final option for a stop, we were greeted with awesome customer service. The woman working the drive they around 2am was so friendly and courteous. She seemed like she was on a long shift and could of been at home doing something else, but she didn’t give anything short of professional, friendly, great big smile and we weren’t shocked, we were reminded why we normally go there Bc we work nights and this jack in the box and this paticular lady who works among a few other are always so nice! We are grateful that at 2am somebody still gives great service. I know it’s fast food but I can tell you we won’t be going to McDonald’s. Thanks guys. That lady who worked the drive thru the morning of the 12 of March @ 2am 2015. We eat here a few times a week at night. So thank you!!! We will always be back.

What can I say, it’s McDonald’s. They now charge for water cups. This place is usually pretty clean, and I’ve never had to wait too long for food. Service is pretty good too, people are polite!

Went to get a cheeseburger and hot fudge sundae. I also asked for a cup of water and the cashier stated that they only have the bottled water for $ 1.19. BUNK! I do nor pay for bottled water nor will I feed into the franchise operator’s greed.
I remember what this store was in business as a corporate location back in the 1990’s. Back then the staff were one of the better restaurant crews I have seen, even to this day. Back in 1999, there had been a kitchen fire at this location and they rebuilt. Since then, the service has been in the toilet.
Well, there are plenty of other restaurants in that area that want my business more and will give the service that I expect and pay for. Oh well!

This is a nice clean and quiet McDonald’s…maybe the neighbors are still sleeping?
