I’ve asked Mick and Steve to stop leaving their flyers by my front door five (!) times now, and they keep restarting it after brief pauses. It’s very important, since when we’re traveling (which we frequently do), the flyers are a dead giveaway for thieves that we’re out of town.
I’ve inquired among my real estate /​mortgage broker friends, and apparently Mick and Steve’s ability to listen thoughtfully is a big concern. At first I thought this flyer issue was an (big) annoyance, but it looks like it’s a sign of a much bigger issue. I’ve had a few people recommend to me AGAINST using them now.

Selling a house on a busy street in Montlake is now easy task. We turned to Mick Walls who had sold a house three doors away. Mick team of interior designers, photographer, and Gardeners were an asset to getting our house on the market and sold. Mick gave great advice on what needed to be done to get our house sold. We received an offer after the first open house and closed less than 30 days later.
Mick helped make the closing happen when an issue came up with a missing stairway railing. Without his help we might still have our house on the market.
I highly recommend the Mick Walls for a sale or purchase.
