Nice staff. They were knowledgeable about the product but the check out process took forever because their point of sale terminals weren’t programed to accept the discounts and deals they were offering. We had to leave to make an appointment we had made and when we came back it still took another 45 minutes. I would go to a kiosk and get the personal info then buy it online.

I like this location for trying out new products. The staff is courteous and very knowledgeable about nearly every aspect of each product. I tried to catch them with some tricky questions and they new everything perfectly. Its nice to be able to try things at a kiosk vs. the full store as its less of a chore to locate everything you want to try. A full store in downtown Seattle would certainly be nice(hint hint Microsoft)

I didn’t know this little kiosk actually sold products, and when they did bring me an Xbox, the guy tried overly hard to sell me more products. I know it’s his job to sell, but he should have gotten the message after«I do not wish to buy other products. I came here for the xbox.» Ultimately, my time shopping here a hassle, but the convenience and availability of the products give this place a 1⁄5. The guys here really want you to leave with a bag full of extras and a 3 year warranty. Pros: –Conveniently located in downtown –Carry the products they showcase(Nokia phones, surface, and xbox along with software keys. –Functions like other Microsoft stores with warranty and other services. Cons: –A decent but not great selection of products. Limited to only Windows phones, surface, and in my case, an Xbox. –Overly aggressive salesman. He tried selling me controller warranty, claiming he was a gamer who had broken several controllers in the past. He tried several times to sell me a year of Xbox live for 60 $ after I told him I had well over a year remaining and that I buy year membership for well under 30 $/year He tried asserting his position as a «fellow gamer.» No. –Didn’t buy laptops or anything, but they probably don’t know anything about the specs other than how they«will break twice» and how I should buy warranty. –If you don’t understand computers, the guys here will make sure you leave with a bagful of extras and a 3 year warranty.
