Mihalov Linda MD

Dr. Mihalov is a genuinely caring, thorough, caring professional OB-​GYN — I would highly recommend her. She actually takes her *time* with patients — which is such a rarity these days, and is very much appreciated.

I had been told earlier in the year by another doctor that I probably had a kidney stone, and that there was really nothing terribly wrong with me. I finally pushed the issue, and they sent me for an ultrasound, and found that I DID have a mass in my abdomen. My primary doctor was going to send me to some random gynecologist that was in Federal Way where I live. Anyway, I asked around a bit, and found out from a friend that works at Virginia Mason that this doctor was one of the best around. Sooooooo glad that I did. She was great! I called on a Tuesday, and they scheduled me to go in and get an MRI done here in FW that same day, and then have my appt. with Dr. Mihalov on that coming Thursday. I was twenty minutes late because my bus got stuck in traffic, but she still saw me :) I immediately noticed what a lovely, understanding and compassionate manner she has. They were able to schedule me for a week from Friday (8 days from then) for my surgery to remove my ovarian cyst. So fast, major life savers! She came and talked to me before the surgery started, met my husband, asked me if I had any questions, and was very reassuring! They’d originally told me I’d probably stay overnight, but I told her that, if possible, it’d be nice if I could go home that same day. I was able to eat and use the bathroom following the surgery, and so she said it was ok for me to head home. Probably saved me a bunch of money. My scar is healing nicely, and I will forever be in debt to this wonderful doctor. Go to her! You won’t be sorry!
