Did not have a good experience with this company! Inquiries were not resolved or not even responded to. I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking they were busy. No response to many of my emails weeks later. They don’t have a listed telephone number and finding one is very difficult! Judging from all the disconnected phone lines listed for MiNeeds, it’s obvious that they’ve changed their number many times.
I couldn’t even cancel my subscription «at any time» as the website states and had to cancel the darn credit card instead! Thaaaaat’s when they started emailing me back asking for a new card number. But they wouldn’t answer my questions or refund requests! I’m still waiting for a resolution.
Incredibly frustration experience and a total waste of my time! I should have read the reviews on Ripoff Report first.
