Modern Golf Instruction

I am a true golf hacker. Golf several times a year and that is it. I had some group lessons and pointers from friends but that was it. This year I was hoping to play more and become half way decent. I have been hitting a bucket of balls and going to the golf course once a week but it just was not coming together. The wife suggested I take a lesson so I came to Unilocal to find someone. Martin had some great reviews and a coupon to boot! Just what I needed. I met him yesterday at UW golf range for 45 minutes. He watched me swing and complemented me on my wide stance (which once someone said was too wide). At least he found one thing positive before we started. He videod my swing and started making suggestions to help it. I was using my whole body to help drive the ball moving my head. He helped my stance and use my upper body core to wind up and drive the ball. He showed me the proper hand grip to the club and the woggle. I made another appointment to see him Thursday but decided to make my wife go for help and let me practice a few times before I see him again. I would highly recommend you give him a try from a novice to semi-​pro. He will find some flaw in your game and give you pointers to correct it.

I took a set of 5 lessons and my game has never been better. The first thing I said is that I want to take strokes off my game. We spend an hour on my putting and I had instant results my next round. It only got better from there.

Martin is a great teacher who will dramatically improve your game. He took me from an absolute beginner to regularly making par and driving with authority in a matter of a few sessions. Super nice guy to boot!

I had the opportunity to work with the owner Martin. My golf game suffered badly because my swing was made up from whatever I thought was correct. One lesson with Martin and by the end of the hour my shots were not only more accurate, but a significant increase in distance.
Martin has a great drill that he invented himself. It helped me to get the rhythm and speed that was just right for me. Once I found my comfortable rhythm and speed using his drill, I was able to place it right into my shot, and it made a huge improvement.
I extremely recommend his work if you are looking for a great drill that will improve your technique. You wont be able to find it anywhere else.

Excellent instruction, patient and attentive to details, easy to work with. I have physical limitations which Martin showed me how to work around. I can’t imagine anyone being disappointed after taking a lesson definitely a talented teacher.
