Mountary Custom Framing

Mountary is a fantastic online custom framing website! I ordered a few frames and the entire process was intuitive, user friendly, and super easy. I highly recommend it! They also offer white glove service where a framing expert comes to your home or office with samples of frames and mats, and helps you decide on the best frame for your art work/​photos! I had several pieces of art framed by Mountary and am SO happy with their services, I want to spread the word far and wide! To start, the white glove service (where someone comes to your home to show mat and frame samples, offer advice on what options look good for your pieces, and take your pieces away) is great, as you don’t even need to leave your house to get your pieces custom-​framed. Costinel came to our house and was so friendly, helpful, and patient as we waffled between options. Within a few weeks, our pieces arrived, ready to hang on the wall. The frames were beautiful and our pieces looked great in the options Costinel helped us select. One of the frames had a nick/​dent in it (probably happened during shipping), but after we emailed Mountary about the issue, they were so apologetic and immediately sent us a replacement. I’m amazed that this service exists… getting things custom-​framed is such a hassle, but Mountary makes it so easy and for less than what you’d pay at a frame shop.

I had framed something with Mountary before using their online service and I was very happy with how it turned out. When it came to picking Christmas gifts I decided I would give some framed artwork to my sister and dad. I had the art but was unsure what frame to choose. When I went back to the site, I found out that Mountary had just started offering their White Glove in-​home framing service, I scheduled a pickup, Emily came to my house with samples and a ton of advice. I ended up getting 3 pieces framed and got them back nicely packaged and ready to gift on Christmas day (less wrapping for me). The quality was great and the service was so easy. I’ll be using Mountary White Glove again.
