Good while it lasted, but after a series of robberies the shop is now permanently closed.

The wait time was short. Taylor helped me out on a Saturday morning. I ordered a white mocha. The temp of the drink was perfect. There was no syrup blob at the bottom of the drink. Did I mention they work with fair trade coffee. So you’re being a responsible consumer and shopping local when get your drink, treats, breakfast at Mugs Bugs

This little drive-thru serves up the most delectable customizable coffee I’ve ever experienced. They seriously have everything: hemp, soy, almond, coconut, and regular milk, every syrup imaginable… I haven’t started to ask about their sugar and coffee bean options, but I’m sure that if you can name it they’ll have it! I always get a coconut mocha wherever I go, and mug bugs makes the best. The secret, I’ve discovered, is the homemade whipped cream! Excellent prices, no line(why? I don’t know, but it’s great for me), fast and friendly service – shout out to the new barista Taylor! Why WOULDN’T you get your coffee here?

A great place to grab a quick fresh cup of coffee. Cassidy was super friendly, the kind of customer service that regulars look for. I would recommend dropping by this place whenever you need a pick up!

Stopped by this adorable coffee hut for the first time today! The barista, Cassidy, was super friendly, quick, and skillful at making my dry cappuccino! The espresso was smooth and delicious and foam was light and fluffy! If I am ever in the Northgate area — this will be my go-to coffee stop!

This stand consistently provides great coffee and friendly service. Jenessa and Cassidy are both great to talk to and I have loved their coffees, smoothies, and breakfast sandwiches. It’s always nice to have high quality local businesses like Mug Bugs in the area. They support local as well, getting their coffee from Poverty Bay Coffee Company.

I came here early one morning because my normal coffee stand was closed. The girl working was extremely friendly and recommended an amazing drink that has me coming back. Her name is Cassidy, I don’t even remember the name of the drink because she remembers my order every single time. The drinks are consistent and she even makes sure I taste it to ensure its good before I drive off. There’s never really a terribly long wait though, although there should be because the coffee is just good and fast, everything I need when I’m up early and off to school!

Some of the best coffee in town. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. There is always a new daily special that not only is a good value but something I would actually like to try. Can’t wait to go for another pick me up!

I live in south King County, and have frequented the other Mug Bugs stand for 6 years. It is the highlight of my day to go by the stand, get a delicious cup of coffee and be called by name! The girls that work there are happy friendly and welcoming. A great way to start off your day! I would drive out of my way to go to Mug Bugs Coffee stand! So excited that they have expanded into such a fantastic location!

I’m pretty picky when it comes to my coffee so I wouldn’t just hand out a five star rating if this place didn’t deserve it. Fair prices, amazing baristas, and coffee that makes you want to SING. It’s a bit far from where I live but trust me when I say that it will never miss the chance to stop by if I’m in the area. Like I said the baristas are the best! If you haven’t already met them go say hi and make good friends!

I was feeling a bit crabby the other day and realized I had not had my daily cup of coffee yet. I frantically searched for the closest corporate coffee hole who shall not be named through their hellish voldemort app. I was well on my way, when fortunately, my patronus instead directed me to to this awesome little coffee stop. I was able to Slytherin and obtain one of the most perfect cappuccino’s I’ve ever had! For real, though: Coffee: great quality at an awesome price. Service: OUTSTANDING. They put a smile on my face. Location: Super close to my place and super easy to get to! This place is an infinite amount of times better than they who shall not be named. We shall rejoice, the days of awkward hugs and creep laughs from voldemort are over!

So Unilocal’s current address for this place is wrong; it’s actually at the corner of 85th and 5th, not in Wallingford. And it’s very important that you know the correct way to get to this place because it’s AWESOME! Fair trade coffee with logs of flavor and milk options(soy, flax, hemp, etc.), delicious fruit smoothies, a good selection of food, and fantastic customer service. A delightful local business that’s close to the freeway, and a quick stop at their drive-through beats waiting in line at Starbucks!

I love coming to this coffee stand in the morning. Their drive-thru makes it easy for me to get my coffee on my way to work. The new owner is very personable which is very hard to find. The conversation isn’t forced or awkward like the corporate coffee chains. Oh and the coffee is great too! I asked her to make me what she thought was good and she made me a white chocolate caramel with vanilla bean. It was good enough that I found my new daily coffee stand.
