Ken and I actually got introduced through a charity organization where he was donating his time and skills as part of the give back mechanism. So, I wasn’t expecting much but ended up getting back amazing returns myself. Personally, Ken is focused, intelligent, super knowledgeable about health, fitness and delivers all of this to you in a non threatening, highly personal way that suits your abilities, goals and requirements. Ken will work within the limits of your own physical abilities but he does an amazing job of pushing you in such a way to maximize not only what you get from him but what you’ll get back for yourself. And by the way, you have fun doing it as well. Ken would be a fantastic person to hire for boot camp groups, morning workouts with a friend or obviously one on one. I was able to really tone up my body significantly and learn things about my body and muscles I never knew existed! I’d highly recommend Ken for your personal or group training needs… you won’t want to walk away either:)

I love Ken! He was one of the first people that made me believe that I could really change my life :) He is also the trainer that changed my views on personal trainers and how motivating and amazing they can be as opposed to my early ideas of them being scary. He’s knowledgeable and can help you meet YOUR goals. Notice that I emphasized YOUR goals, as in your own not his. He asks you what YOU want out of this. He’s not a generic trainer telling you to do the same thing he does with every client. He works with you within your limits to achieve your goals and go beyond you ever thought you could. He pushes you, but is very observant to how he affects you. Sometimes you will hate him during the workout but after you will thank him and laugh and joke like best of friends. That was our deal the entire time. I could hate him during as long as we were cool after. We always were. The best thing is, Ken teaches you moves and workouts that don’t require gym equipment. You can do them anywhere. I mean, he can show you a workout using a bunch of crazy gym equipment but if that’s not your thing then don’t fret. He’s got you covered. Basically, whatever you are looking for, he can help. I learned that the most important thing about choosing a trainer is finding someone you trust. For an overweight female that had major body issues, trusting a super fit guy with info about your weight, measurements, injuries, eating habits and etc is not easy. However, Ken was so easy to talk to when I met him. No judgements, just an eagerness to help me. I trust Ken. He’s a fantastic guy and knowledgeable trainer/fitness pro. Give him a chance and you can change your life too. Just call, have a conversation and see if you guys would be a good fit. He really is great and doesn’t pressure. Take a chance, what are you waiting for? Change your life now! :)
