I am concerned about the proliferation of wireless technology and the health effects of increasing levels of RFR (radio-​frequency radiation), so I called Richard at Network Support Group after being told I was on my own from Comcast (our cable provider). Richard arrived precisely at our scheduled appointment time. was able to set up a wired (ethernet) network connecting three computers on two different floors of our home in 20 minutes. He showed me how to turn off the wireless feature of a laptop, and gave me many additional tips about computer security. Finally, he was friendly, easy to talk to. Note: I had previously tried a couple of the big companies that I found on Google — like Geek Squad, but they were not much help and many layers of phone menus to deal with. Why not support a local small business that pays taxes in your community?
