Nick’s Eastside Landscaping

I contacted Rick through Home Advisor on November 21^st. He immediately called me and we arranged for him to come on on December 5^th to put up my Christmas lights. He was to show up early on Saturday the 5^th to put up the lights. I was to provide the lights. On December 5^th he does not show up. I called, I texted not until 10:30 do I receive a text which said, «they took the day off they will be there tomorrow.» So I said I thought it was rude not to let me know and what time were they going to show up. I heard nothing back. And surprise they were a no show today!!! What horrible customer service, as well as now everyone is booked. Completely unprofessional!

Nick’s Eastside installed a new sprinkler system for us back in June. Despite asking for an invoice for payment on the sprinkler system, they never provided it. We continued to use them for routine lawn care/​maintenance on a weekly basis, continually requesting an invoice for the sprinkler system. Come October, they just stopped coming to our house entirely! Even after repeated attempts to contact Dan or Nick by phone, email, text message, no one would return the messages. Yet I received a bill at the end of October for October’s lawn maintenance! NO ONE CAME OUT AT ANY TIME DURING OCTOBER!
I did not pay the bill but instead contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint.
Just heard back from the BBB that they have repeatedly tried to contact the company but no one is responding.
My guess is that the they went out of business. Yet I’m confused how they can still provided billing if there is indeed no one in the office???
Good luck to any customers who have already paid them without having the service performed.
