The women who owns this company is greedy no good person. She take pride on ripping schools off by over pricing and BS her way out of her promises. She doesn’t care about the school or the kids health. She treat her staff like dirt please do not work for her or help her business.

I’ll be honest, when these guys first started delivering meals to our school it was great! Though after a while I think something changed(possibly a supplier or things were outsourced) and the quality dropped. They obviously work early hours to get all the lunches out, so if there’s a problem like lunches forgotten, you call the number, can’t get hold of anyone so leave a message. That day your kid will go without a lunch! The most you’ll get is your lunch delivered the next day, never really an apology or compensation in any form. On a couple of occasions carrots and yogurts were passed their use-by date and when I informed them they pretty much called me a liar even though the teacher noted the dates on the products. I think on the whole they are good guys trying to make good food for kids but are overwhelmed and have terrible customer service when dealing with problems. Isn’t the first rule of business that the customer is always right?
