This place only takes upfront payments. Even though my insurance pays in full for the treatment they were unwilling to help me with a pre authorization so my insurance could pay before the treatment was performed. They expect you to pay a large lump sum upfront and you will have to bother your insurance company for a reimbursement. The receptionist was very rude, she called me twice before my appointment telling me she needs the payment upfront. She reminded me of a bill collector. On the second call she told me she needed to cancel my appointment because I was leary about the upfront payment. Overall, I’ve never had a worse experience at a doctor/​dentist office. Avoid this place!
