A chance trip out to Seward Park led us past the Oh Boy! Oberto outlet, and I’m fairly certain the guy is still ecstatic about this discovery. It’s pretty easy to miss, but is worth seeking out if you’re a fan of jerky. This little outlet is packed to the ceiling with all of the Oberto jerky flavors(that I can tell), and the prices are fairly decent. It’s not uncommon to see someone walking out with their arms completely full of jerky. There’s also a prize wheel that you get to spin if you spend over X amount — we’ve won hot dogs so far, which isn’t half-bad. It’s definitely a place to treat yo’ self.

They have hella jerky here… HELLA. But it’s so-so. My teeth has actually been hurting from the toughness of the beef jerky. Flavor wise – the spicy wasn’t that spicy. The original was plain. My parents went crazy buying jerky here. Ask for samples! I’m a jerky lover, but I’d much prefer Alien jerky in NV. Sure, you may get the better part of the bargain here(amount/prices), but Alien jerky got better flavor/selections.

I’ve been going to this place since I found out about it shortly after I moved to Seattle a few years back. Amazing place. Always have something new, great deals, and very good service. Most of the time I get the big pack of pepperoni, then beef sausage sticks, or something else that is cheap. I come here because it is basically Costco prices. In fact, one of the employees told me a while back that many of them prices are the same. I don’t always find something cool and unique, there have been some trips where it was the same thing as last time, but they do experiment and try new flavors often. A downside for me is how much pork and spicy food they have. I’m not a pork fan and spicy food makes me really sick. Still, there have plenty of other things. Today they had some smoked bbq chicken breast strips on clearance. Dirt cheap. Sampled a few and… oh my god! LOVEDIT! Bought a bunch. Service has always been really good. Never once had a problem, employees have always been cheery and upbeat, very willing to help and give samples, sometimes offer free food. The store is very old, probably from the 1920s or so, it is small, a little cramped, so you need to look around to find everything. It is very clean through. Great place to get snacks for much less than you would pay in a regular store.

If you know Mien people, you know that this is the place that is #1 on their list when visiting Seattle! Mien people are cray for their jerky! This was literally our second stop when we landed in Seattle after eating. We went Jerky Crayyyyyy! If you spend $ 50 or more, you get to spin their wheel for a chance to win a free prize! I spent about $ 59 on goodies here and got to spin the wheel! When you enter the place, it looks quite small. However, if you walk around the corner on the right side, they have a room designated for sale items! They had a whole bunch of good deals! 3 bags for $ 21, 4 tubs for $ 21, 4 tubs for $ 10, etc… You bessssss’ believe that the whole crew who came with us bought some as well! You can’t miss the chance to come here!

You want jerky? YOUWANTJERKY! Here you get it! Tons of jerky! Jerky, made of different meats, seasoned with different spices. Everyone here is very friendly and you might try a small bit before you load your trunk with that delicious dried meat-strips(You can park your car right next to the spot for free). You can also order online, but I would recommend to visit the store for a great all round experience. *typed jerky chewing*

Been driving by this place for years and threatening to stop. Finally did and had fun picking out a bunch of different jerky. All different flavors and kinds. Worth the stop.

My friend was bragging about how great their beef jerky were and how amazing and tasty it was. Unfortunately, I wasn’t a fan. It was too salty for me. My fault, my friend and I both have different taste buds. I should have known, she’s in too salty, MSG tasting food. While I’m more about the freshness, bold flavors. But other than that if you love this brand of jerky you should come check them out because they sell the jerky here in bulk and a lot cheaper than retail stores. They also sell hot links here as well and when you spend $ 50 or more you get to spin the wheel and win something. Services was good, they’re very helpful and and informative. Too bad I wasn’t into their jerky. But if you love their jerky come by, stock up and bring them home. You can’t beat these prices I have never seen jerky being sold this cheap before!

I have not been here for a while, but this is jerky heaven. I would usually stock up when I visit this place before I come back home.

My ABSOLUTE favorite hot links, beef jerky & pepperoni place, since I was a Lil girl; I’m 45. There recipe for flavorful goodness has remained the same. They sell hot link sandwiches to go & makes it a divine on-the-go snack. THIS is the ONLY hot link used in my jambalaya, spaghetti & gumbo. The ONLY reason they don’t garner a 5 is because the REFUSE to ship the fresh meats: hot links. It costs me $ 99 to ship a case to NYC but there’s NO substitute! They’re also across the street from our family’s favorite Teriyaki place & next door to one of the city’s best & oldest cake place.

Tons of jerky, sausage sticks and meat of sorts. Gluten free options and some with msg(icky). You can pick and choose what you want. Lots of deals going on. A little hard to understand the signage but its cheap jerky, so whatever.

What can I say? I love the jerky. Even though I no longer live in the area I have fond memories of seafair and the oberto hydroplane. Love the factory outlet store. Friendly staff and massive selection to choose from. I picked up 3 bags of sausage ends and a small bag of bacon jerky. Can’t wait to try that. If it’s good and I have a feeling it will be. Sure I’ll stop by every time I’m in the area.

As a long time fan of their jerky and meat sticks, I finally decided to visit the factory store I’ve driven by so many times. Long story short… prices about the same as Costco, but the selection is far better. If you just want standard pepperoni sticks and jerky, probably not worth the trip. If you want variety and products you can’t find in most stores(their beef hot links), definitely worth a stop.

The original outlet. I prefer the one in KENT/RENTON(by IKEA) much more but hubby likes this old school one. Seems like the selection is smaller. Prices are good and staff is ok. Place is really dark and cold. I’ll stick to their other location…

BESTSNACKSEVER!!! (5 stars and a meteor shower) Everytime I got home to Seattle. ITS A MUST OhBoy! Oberto is the best Jeky Brand, hands down, and this place has two stacked rooms of unlimited jerkey you can think of, flavors and items you don’t see in stores. They even have microwaveable pork grinds that are OMGBOMB. I’ve brought boxes back for my friends in California. Also the prices are much cheaper. The best part, youc an buy fresh cooked OhBoy! Oberto sausages right in the store to eat. Grilling right in your face. I’m so fortunately to have family and friends still there to send me some goods. LOVELOVELOVE this place.

My shortest review ever. Ready? Cheap meat. It’s yum. Buy here, not at a grocery store. Fan I am!

I use to love coming here and getting great deals… The last few times I went in, not so much! About 5 years ago I could get a case of Turkey Jerky(ends & pieces) for $ 22 … I don’t think that exists anymore. Seems like the best deal is 4 for $ 15 … which isn’t that great of a deal considering I can get 2 huge packs at Costco for $ 13.

Oh boy is right! My brother has always been a jerky fan so when he found out that the Oberto factory was in Seattle, he made sure to insist that I take him there when he was in town visiting. With a free parking lot and huge deals on dried meat, what’s not to love? This meat-lovers paradise is only about 700 sq ft but the walls are stacked high with meat sticks, teriyaki nuggets, and all sorts of yummy goodies. There’s even a back room where the deals are pretty much insane. Prices are marked as low as 50% off. I was cracking up looking at the folks in line. I thought, «Seriously?! You’re buying 20lbs of jerky?» But cut to five minutes later and I was totally that girl. And I don’t regret it one bit!

I like the backroom which has the Oberto sentimental family story. The deli is a bit limited with a combo of chips and soda, along with a sausage, hot link, or hot dog in a bun. The main reason to go is to get discounted meat products or the microwavable pork rinds. They have an email coupon list that you can sign up for.

Found this place by accident and we had a blast in here. This was my hubby’s «candy store» since he LOVES beef jerky. — Ob Boy! Oberto jerky covers all the walls in each room(except the Pit Tour room where you can take photos with the Oberto guy ) — Flavors like teriyaki, pepperoni, southern style BBQ, cocktail pep, hickory, steak & cheese — Mix & match 4 bags for $ 16. Cheaper than Costco — Bite size, thin jerky, ends & pieces — Dog jerky & microwave pork rinds too They have a wheel you get to spin if you spend $ 50 or more to get free stuff(jerky packages /deli good)…we got to spin twice… HOLYBEEFJERKY!
