These guys are awesome! If you own a hot tub, do yourself a favor and give them a call! I got married last year in August and our whole family was coming into town for a pre wedding hot tub and BBQ party. Well, 2 weeks before everyone arrived, the heater and motor quit in our tub and it was dead. I called Olympic and spoke with Drew. He was amazing and the customer service was incredible… not to mention the friendliest and most personable guy on the phone! He jumped through hoops to get us an appointment for service and saved the day. Sotia, the Olympic employee that came out, was also incredible. Another great customer service story and super friendly. He explained everything to us newbies and was extremely patient! Long story long, these guys went the extra mile and got our tub working super fast! Really can’t say enough good things… all positive experiences. I called recently(about a year and half later) to get some routine maintenance scheduled and spoke w Drew again. He remembered me and was just as awesome! These guys are a breath of fresh air and will continue to call on them for our hot tub needs!

This review is for their service only. We had an older Clearwater Duet Spa that needed a tune up and throughly checked out since it had not been used for awhile. The service tech that was sent was rude and surly. He found that the heater need replaced and I asked to have 5 of the mini jets replaced as they would blow out when the jets were turned on. Upon finishing his inspection he gave me paperwork showing he needed to order the heater but had forgotten to write down the 5 mini jets. I pointed it out and he put it on his copy but not mine. 3 weeks later we still had not heard about the parts coming in and when he’d be out to replace them so we called to find out. We were told they would need to speak to the tech and get back with me. They finally got ahold of the tech and it was another week before he came back to finish the repairs only he did not have the jets, only the heater. When I called again about the jets, I was told he should have had them as they are a common stock item. They made a note to have the tech come out a 3rd time to finish the job. This was a frustrating experience and everything was way more expensive than it was quoted. If you need your hot tub or spa serviced, finding someplace else to do it would be my personal recommendation.

I’ve owned two Hot Springs tubs. Decided to try something different and purchased an arctic spa from Apollo spas. What an expensive mistake. It ended up costing me $ 2000 to return their flawed horrible tub that could not filter or maintain water chemistry. So happy to have my new Hot Springs aria. This spa is well thought out and designed well. Excellent job with delivery and setting it up. Don’t waste your time or money on Apollo Spas.

My husband and I decided to come to this location because we disliked the customer service at the Seattle location. We were *not* disappointed! Fantastic customer service, as well as extremely down to earth. They gave us tips on how to fix our own hot tub before calling in a tech — totally unheard of in the service industry! Can’t thank them enough!

May 9, 2011 I purchased a Hot Tub approx 4 months ago and could not use it because of an extended down time with pneumonia. I tried as best I could to keep up with the normal upkeep but was having a problem with water chemistry and the tub was now also out of level. I called Rob Anderson(Olympic Hot Tub Service manager in Tukwila, WA). I had a long conversation with Rob who said he would take care of everything. It has been a long time since I have had contact with a person in any organization that really practices excellent customer service — Rob impressed me. I retired as a 4 state Regional Service Manager from a large telecommunications company and know how good customer service has a positive effect on a companies bottom line. — nothing more important to the success of a customer oriented business… Thank you Rob. Plus the crew he sent out to re-level my SPA was very professional, knowledgeable and the job was done right. They also gave me some tips/advice on the care of my Spa. Thanks to James and Cory from Spa Delivery Service. Rob then scheduled one of his technicians to come out and go thru my Spa. The tech, Sotia, went thru the hot tub and found the ozonator was plugged. He answered all of the questions I had written down, along with a few suggestions for me to make sure I become a happy hot tub user. Sotia was very polite, knowledgeable and spent time with me assuring I understood everything. What a positive experience that needs to be shared with these foks’ managers and the public at large.
