Bronsa, the owner of On The Ball Fitness, is one of the most thoughtful, thorough and knowledgeable professionals I have met in a long time. Yes, this is a service that costs more than the cheap monthly gym, but it’s a real value when you consider the individualized attention and the type of expert workout you get here with a focus on safe too. She is always mixing it up with her interesting circuits and she can really hone in on what your body needs and then challenge you just enough but not too much (unless a big challenge is what you want or need, then no problem for her!). Bronsa also wrote a letter to a doctor about a concern, and the doctor copied it because he said he never saw such a well written and conscientious letter from a professional like this. I look forward to growing older yet stronger with this caring and naturally humorous person.
Thank you Bronsa for your big heart, your always working brain with many suggestions beyond workout (nutrition too!). We are so lucky to have you located on the north end of Seattle, but I hope I can still get scheduled in when you are fully discovered!

Couples workouts are hard to come by without one person feeling like they don’t belong. Bronsa opened the door to a whole new workout experience where not only are the workouts dynamic and accessible to anyone participating, but they change weekly so your body (and your mind) never get tired of a routine. We’ve enjoyed the effective workouts that show results, even though we’re only training weekly at this time. Bronsa is the best personal trainer I have ever hired, and I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their health.

I’m a recent ACE certified fitness trainer. All of my studying for the exam was done at home with very little hands-​on experience. Before I would be ready to train clients, I wanted to shadow an experienced trainer who had an approach similar to mine: highly individualized and varied training that meets the specific needs of the clients in a small fitness facility that does not focus on the machines found in most bigger fitness centers. I asked Tim Vagen, a highly respected trainer who heads the fitness training program at Highline Community College, for a recommendation. Tim knows hundreds of experienced trainers, but he immediately suggested Bronsa Swint!
I enrolled in one of her small classes to experience her workouts, along with observing how she works. From day 1, it was obvious that Bronsa is a highly skilled trainer who really cares about her clients. Each session was carefully planned to provide a full-​body workout that included strength training, balance exercises, core exercises, stretching, and some cardio work. Bronsa demonstrated the various exercises at the beginning and she watched everyone to see that they were performing the exercises correctly. Since every session was different, clients maintain a high level of interest and motivation to do the workouts.
Bronsa’s knowledge of training is impressive. However, equally impressive is the great relationship that she develops with her clients. It was obvious that everyone enjoyed working with Bronsa and enjoyed coming to the class. The feeling in the class was completely positive. Bronsa also keeps in touch with you during the week by email. She answered all my questions promptly and she researched any questions she could not immediately answer.
I highly recommend Bronsa to anyone who is in interested in training that is both functional and fun!

Juggling Dog Fitness

For years, I fought with the idea of a personal trainer. It was one thing after another — no time since I’m a college student, no time since I’m in graduate school, no time since I work for a crazy startup — you get the picture. Finally I got tired of putting my health second and searched on Unilocal for personal trainers and I found Bronsa. She proposed to kick my butt during our consultation through her warmup which involved a giant rubberband around my ankles. Since then, life hasn’t been the same. I do workouts on giant flights of stairs for fun, I find great joy in standing on one foot on an upside down Bosu throwing a medicine ball against the wall, and on top of it I can finally do a pull up! Some personal trainers merely focus on the «what» (Usually weight loss and/​or strength) but Bronsa is focused on the why, telling you why your body can’t do certain exercises or balance correctly, and offering solutions on how to fix that.
Now, when I’m at work, I find myself looking forward to the days that I have an evening session with Bronsa, and feel no guilt leaving work a little early to make them. Your career is important, but your health is always first since without it, you won’t have a career. I can’t imagine life without Bronsa anymore, and haven’t regretted a dime of it since I started 9 months ago. Just take the plunge!

I have been training with Bronsa for a few years now, and I love feeling stronger and more centered. The workouts are always varied, you never get bored and are always challenged! If you have special needs due to an injury or a sport you play, Bronsa will adapt the session to your requirements. I really enjoy the group and feeling great afterwards!

Bronsa is brilliant and well educated as a personal trainer! She always goes the extra mile with her own training and continuing education to provide the best service possible.
She has provided excellent and challenging training for both my kids who started with her in High School and now are both finishing up their College degree’s. Any you know what? They both have almost daily training or workout routines which makes me proud as a papa. I am a massage/​neuromuscular therapist and she has been a great resource for me and my clients too. She is someone who I highly recommend and is worth every dollar.
I have worked out with Bronsa for over 5 years and I am always learning new ways to keep my body fit and conditioned. She has been a lot of fun to work with too.

I’ve been training with Bronsa since January and love the variety she brings to each workout. Although she focuses on working your inner core, she spices up each session with balance, sculpting, toning, circuits and cardio AND uses innovative approaches with bands, foam rollers, the bosu ball, weights, and the mat to work muscles you would know you had! I signed up for a 1-​hour weekly session and it is completely tailored to your needs. Bronsa is also super flexible with make-​up sessions and has a variety of classes and workshops that you can attend.
I feel absolutely amazing and I love that I’m seeing results (yes, i’ve had to buy new clothes — yay!)
